We are a fast-growing US-focused web & AI automation agency looking for confident and experienced Inbound Sales Closer based in Karachi to handle hot leads, booked calls, and inbound inquiries for our web design and AI automation services.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be speaking with business owners who have already shown interest in our services. Your job is to qualify them, understand their business needs, present the right solution, handle objections, and close the deal professionally.

We are looking for someone with strong English communication, confidence on calls, and the ability to close high-ticket service deals for the US market.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and hot leads from interested prospects
- Qualify business owners and understand their needs
- Present our website and AI automation services clearly
- Handle pricing objections and close deals
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM
- Maintain daily updates on leads, calls, follow-ups, and closed deals
- Work closely with the internal team to hand over closed clients smoothly
- Achieve monthly revenue targets, with a goal of closing up to $10,000/month in sales

Requirements:
- Must be based in Karachi
- Strong spoken English with good confidence
- Previous experience in sales closing, - appointment setting, front sales, or client acquisition
- Experience with US, UK, Canada, or international clients preferred
- Comfortable handling calls during US business hours or night shift
- Ability to understand client pain points and sell solutions, not just services
- Must be target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with follow-ups
- Experience selling websites, digital marketing, SaaS, AI automation, design, or agency services is a strong plus

Ideal Candidate:
You are confident, persuasive, and calm on calls. You know how to build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and close without sounding pushy. You understand that hot leads still need proper handling, follow-up, and professional communication.

Compensation:
- Competitive monthly base salary + performance-based commission (5%)
- High earning potential for strong closers
- Commission will be paid on closed deals
