Job Description:

1. Attract potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other product and services

2. Open customer accounts by recording account information

3. Maintain customer record by updating account information

4. Resolve product or services problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint determining the cause of problem selecting the explanation the best solution to solve the problem.

5. Expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution

6. Manage books of airline and shipping line

7. Data capturing on carriers web base system

8. Job opening and ability to run company software

9. Monitor shipments from main gate ways and preparation of export documentation

10. Coordinate with Sea Port & Airport staffs for shipments handling process and time handover to carriers

Candidate should be minimum Graduate or Masters

Computer literate

Possessing good written English skills.

Qualification : Bachelors / Masters (Supply chain & Marketing)

Location : Beaumont Plaza Civil lines Headquarters, Karachi.
