Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor Intern role based in Hyderabad. The Video Editor Intern will assist in editing raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital channels, following brand guidelines and creative briefs. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and assembling clips, adding transitions, titles, sound effects, and music, and supporting basic color adjustments to enhance visual quality. The intern will collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align video outputs with project goals and timelines. The role also involves organizing video assets, maintaining project files, and experimenting with new formats and styles to improve audience engagement.
Qualifications

 

• Foundational skills in Video Production, including basic camera handling, framing, and understanding of shot composition.
• Proficiency or strong interest in Video Editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of Video Color Grading to ensure consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
• Ability to create or work with Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio or sample work demonstrating video projects (academic, personal, or freelance).
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Ongoing or completed studies in film, media, design, communication, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and stay updated on trends in digital video and social media content.
