We are looking for an experienced and highly proactive Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. Your primary mission is simple: fill technical vacancies quickly without compromising candidate quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is relentless in sourcing top talent, and has a proven track record of successfully hiring engineers and technical professionals through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
  • Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Drive recruitment projects with urgency and ownership.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and market insights.

RequirementsMust-Have

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as:
  • Software Engineers
  • Full Stack Developers
  • Backend Developers
  • Frontend Developers
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Data Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Technical Leadership roles
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill technical vacancies quickly while maintaining hiring quality.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Highly proactive and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting internationally.
  • Experience working with startups, technology companies, or high-growth businesses.
  • Knowledge of modern software development roles and technologies.
