We are looking for a sharp, problem-solving Automation Engineer who already knows the ins and outs of our core tech stack to join our team in Karachi.

The Role

We need someone who can step in and immediately start building and maintaining workflows. You don't need to be an enterprise architect yet, but you must have a solid foundation. Your primary focus will be designing data flows, managing webhooks, and ensuring seamless integration between GoHighLevel, n8n, and various databases.

If you love the puzzle of making apps talk to each other, know how to use AI tools (like Claude/ChatGPT) strategically to spin up custom code nodes, and can debug a broken webhook under pressure, you’ll fit right in.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience actively building workflows in n8n and managing/configuring GoHighLevel (GHL). (Please do not apply if you do not have practical experience with these two platforms).

API & Data Literacy: Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and HTTP request structures.

Database Familiarity: Experience mapping and syncing data out of GHL/n8n into structured databases like Airtable, Supabase, or similar.

Code Comfort: Ability to read, tweak, and implement basic JavaScript or Python code snippets within automation nodes to handle custom data parsing.

What You Will Do

Build & Maintain Workflows: Develop, test, and optimize automated pipelines in n8n.

CRM Integration: Deeply integrate GoHighLevel with external databases, forms, and third-party systems.

Troubleshooting: Monitor active execution logs, track down errors, and patch broken workflows quickly.

Ecosystem Syncing: Manage user data flows, ensuring clean field mapping and avoiding rate-limit or duplicate data issues.

The "Figure It Out" Mindset: When a workflow breaks or an API documentation is vague, you dig into the logs and find a way to make it work.

AI-Assisted Efficiency: You know how to leverage AI tools to write scripts or solve formatting issues faster, keeping deployment speeds high.

Organized: You write clean workflows, use notes/labels in your nodes, and understand the importance of keeping tracking systems updated (basic Git/GitHub knowledge is a big plus).
