This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager role based in Karachi. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring team members, ensuring operational excellence, achieving sales goals, and driving client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of financial services, investment portfolios, and mutual fund offerings
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in asset management, insurance companies & in banking sector will be preferable.
