This position requires daily engagement within the assigned territory to identify and capitalize on construction, renovation, and painting projects. You actively generate leads, approach prospective customers, and present product offerings to meet and exceed sales targets. Working independently in the field, you are responsible for mapping out new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships including dealers, contractors, and property owners. In this role, you will maintain regular communication with management through detailed reporting and provide valuable market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing trends. Your representation of Duva Paints as a brand ambassador reinforces the companys reputation in the market. The role demands a self-motivated and target-oriented individual with excellent negotiation and presentation skills, valid motorcycle driving license, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to ensure sustained market growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct daily visits to the assigned territory to discover active and upcoming construction, renovation, and painting projects.
• Explore and map territories to identify new sales opportunities and potential business development areas.
• Generate leads proactively by identifying sites where painting work is planned or underway.
• Engage with prospective customers including contractors, builders, architects, and property owners to promote Duva Paints products.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to convert leads into customers.
• Negotiate deals confidently to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with dealers, retailers, painters, and other stakeholders within the paint industry.
• Expand the dealer network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report insightful feedback to management.
• Submit daily visit reports, lead updates, and sales progress accurately using company tools such as WhatsApp and MS Excel.
• Represent Duva Paints professionally to enhance brand recognition and reputation in the marketplace.
• Utilize basic MS Excel and MS Word skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain ownership and valid licensing of a motorcycle to support extensive travel requirements within the assigned territory.
• Adapt to a highly mobile and dynamic work environment with a willingness to travel between 80% and 100% of the time.
