We’re Hashtech Ltd, a digital design agency in Karachi. We design pitch decks, brand assets, flyers, book covers, social media content, and handle larger projects like custom web development and video animation.

The Role

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced B2B Outbound Sales Agent. You will be making cold calls to US business owners, founders, and decision-makers, pitching our design and tech services, and closing leads.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily outbound cold calls to US businesses.
• Pitch design packages and higher ticket services like Web Development and Animation.
• Handle gatekeepers, pitch objections, and follow up with leads.
• Keep daily call logs and your CRM pipeline updated.
• Meet daily call targets and hit sales numbers.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English Communication: Fluent, clear, and confident spoken English is a strict requirement for pitching to US decision makers.
• 1 to 2+ years of direct experience in US B2B cold calling.
• Sales Skill: Proven ability to handle objections and talk design/tech services.
• Experience using dialers and CRMs.
• Shift Requirement: Must be able to work on-site during the US night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT).

Salary & Details

• Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – PKR 100,000 / month (depends on experience and past sales track record)
• Commission: Good commission structure on closed deals
• Timings: Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT
• Location: On-site
• Office #06, Al-Ahmed Mansion, Block 13-B, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Opposite Bait-ul-Mukarram Masjid)
