Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation

Skill Set:
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills
• Proven telesales or inside sales experience
• Confidence in pitching and closing deals
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Strong English and Urdu communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital platforms
