Hiring for Sales Agent

About Client: Our client is an established Karachi-based real estate development and construction contracting company, employing 200 individuals.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent for our premium projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell project units at resorts and beaches.
2. Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and customer inquiries.
3. Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
6. Coordinate with marketing and management teams for leads and follow-ups.
7. Prepare daily sales reports and customer records.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Agent or Real Estate Sales Executive.
2. Experience in resort, beach projects, or real estate sales is preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to convince clients and close deals efficiently.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM is a plus.

Qualification:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
