Job Description

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and energize our sales team. This full-time, in-person role is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will specialize in front-end sales and upselling within IT, web, and design-related services. A strong track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads from platforms like Bark.com and Discord are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Lead front-end sales efforts focused on acquiring new clients in IT, web, and design sectors.
- Engage with and convert leads generated from online platforms such as Bark.com and Discord.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to maximize customer value and increase revenue.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare detailed reports with insights for senior management.
- Train, mentor, and support sales team members to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT or design sales.
- Proven expertise in front-end sales and upselling strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 140,000, commensurate with skills and experience, with performance-based growth opportunities every four months.
