Sales Manager

Global Host Dmc is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Manager with a strong sales background and specialized experience in the travel and tourism industry. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage and manage trade clients effectively. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrates the ability to build relationships with clients to meet and exceed sales targets. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires working collaboratively within various departments to ensure seamless client service and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade clients to enhance business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new sales prospects in the travel and tourism industry to expand the companys market presence.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop strategic sales plans that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and operations to coordinate client requirements and ensure a high level of service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze sales performance data, and provide insights to inform management decision-making.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build professional connections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
