Webnet Pakistan Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and confident Sales Executive to join its dynamic team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. This full-time role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in customer relationship management, product knowledge, and sales forecasting, complemented by excellent English communication and professional email writing. While managing a team is not part of this position, the role requires collaboration with internal departments to ensure seamless deal completion and exceptional client service. The Sales Executive at Webnet Pakistan Pvt Ltd plays a crucial role in supporting business growth by identifying potential customers and maintaining lasting relationships with existing clients. This role demands a motivated professional with 1 to 3 years of sales experience who can confidently present company offerings and handle conflict resolution tactfully. Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to establish new business opportunities.
  • Present and explain company products and services to clients clearly and professionally to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by applying strategic sales techniques and effective negotiation skills.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of deals and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive and updated records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and identify emerging sales trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve client issues and conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain strong and trustworthy customer relationships.
  • Write professional and persuasive emails, proposals, and reports, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other sales management tools to track sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on progress to management.
  • Work independently with a motivated attitude while contributing positively to team objectives and company goals.
