Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Retail Store Management

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure a premium in-store experience. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff performance. • Ensure effective merchandising, product displays, pricing accuracy, and in-store promotions. • Drive retail sales through customer engagement, upselling, and relationship management. • Handle walk-in customer complaints, feedback, and VIP client requirements professionally.

• Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform including product listings, pricing, and stock updates. • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing consistency. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order processing and deliveries. • Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Website & Platform Management

• Ensure smooth website functionality, uptime, and user experience. • Coordinate with developers/IT teams for bug fixes, upgrades, and website improvements. • Optimize website layout and product presentation to improve conversion rates.

Digital Marketing & Promotions

• Coordinate online promotions, discounts, bundles, and special campaigns. • Work closely with the marketing team on social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. • Track and analyze digital marketing performance including traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Customer Experience (Retail & Online)

• Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback across store and online channels. • Ensure premium customer service aligned with brand standards. • Implement initiatives to increase repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

Inventory, Reporting & Coordination

• Coordinate with supply chain and accounts teams for inventory reconciliation and stock planning. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, inventory, traffic, and customer behavior.

Compliance & Brand Standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain a consistent premium brand image across retail outlets and all digital platforms.
