Job Description

Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting support for our solar technology products. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in electrical engineering and possesses strong problem-solving abilities, customer service orientation, and effective communication skills. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through solutions, and documenting technical procedures to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with engineers and other departments to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges. The role demands a detail-oriented individual comfortable with technical documentation and capable of delivering clear, concise guidance to clients and internal teams. You will be responsible not only for troubleshooting product problems but also for maintaining a thorough knowledge of Knox Solar Pvt Ltds offerings, enabling proactive support and feedback to product development. Your contributions will directly impact customer retention and the continuous improvement of our solar solutions. Responsibilities
 

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Knox Solar Pvt Ltds solar energy products to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Analyze and diagnose electrical and system problems using established diagnostic techniques and tools.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their problems and explain solutions clearly.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices to enhance the companys technical knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in creating and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and support guides to improve customer education.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product specifications, updates, and industry trends related to solar energy and electrical engineering.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to non-technical staff as needed to support customer service goals.
  • Monitor and report recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to product design or support processes.
  • Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with technological advancements and company product changes.
