Mian Group of Chakwal is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and possesses strong skills in Microsoft Excel. This position requires accurate and efficient data input, ensuring that information is entered into computer systems with precision and timeliness. Candidates must reside in Bahria Town, DHA, or nearby areas to facilitate smooth communication and coordination within the company. This role does not involve managing a team but requires focus and dedication to maintain data quality and support business operations effectively. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our databases by performing routine data entry tasks, verifying and updating records, and collaborating with different departments to gather necessary information. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel will help you manage spreadsheets, perform basic data analysis, and organize information for easy access. Attention to detail, time management, and adherence to confidentiality are essential in this role to support Mian Group of Chakwals commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
 

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems using Microsoft Excel.
  • Verify and cross-check data to ensure completeness and correctness before input.
  • Maintain the organization and updating of files, records, and databases regularly.
  • Assist in generating basic reports and spreadsheets for internal use.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and review data entry work to catch and correct errors promptly.
  • Support the administrative team by organizing paper and electronic documents.
  • Maintain consistent daily productivity levels and meet data entry deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
