Naeem Electronics is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team and enhance our audit functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audit processes, risk assessment, and compliance management with at least three years of relevant experience. This role focuses on evaluating internal controls, detecting fraud, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization without managing a team. The candidate should hold professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, or an equivalent audit-related certification. The Internal Audit Manager will work closely with various departments to plan and execute comprehensive internal audits. This position involves in-depth report writing and analysis to communicate audit findings effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SAP Business One is essential to facilitate data analysis and audit documentation. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to uphold organizational standards and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement audit plans based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
• Conduct thorough internal audits covering financial records, operational processes, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
• Identify and investigate instances of fraud or irregularities within the companys operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports that highlight findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure corrective actions are appropriately addressed and implemented.
• Continuously monitor regulatory requirements and update audit processes to maintain compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails using Excel and SAP Business One systems.
• Support external audit activities by providing necessary information and clarifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, audit standards, and emerging risks to enhance audit methodologies.
