Deputy Accounts Manager

Job Description

Must be a resident of Sialkot. The Deputy Accounts Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of Accounts operations and reporting within Naeem Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. Performing detailed accounts reconciliation, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. Advanced use of ERP accounting tools and Microsoft Excel is mandatory to optimize the accounting processes. Although this position does not involve team management, it requires strong coordination abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and department heads to support sound financial management and decision-making.

Responsibilities
 

• Perform detailed accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate audit activities by liaising between auditors and the company, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Manage payroll processing with high attention to detail to ensure accurate compensation and compliance with labor regulations.
• Utilize ERP accounting software such as SAP and other tools to maintain financial records and support data-driven decision-making.
• Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze financial data, create reports, and improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing reliable financial information and analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls to facilitate smooth financial operations and audit readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business operations and improve overall financial performance.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and efficiency.
