Knox Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in structural analysis, civil engineering design, site development, and proficiency in Civil 3D software. Additionally, experience in interior designing will be highly valuable, enriching the multidisciplinary approach required for our projects. This position involves leading and managing a team of five professionals, overseeing project development and ensuring all engineering work delivers high-quality, safe, and sustainable outcomes. The candidate must demonstrate a balanced capability in technical engineering tasks and creative interior design elements to efficiently contribute to project success from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a team of five civil engineering professionals to execute multiple projects effectively and meet timelines.
• Perform detailed structural analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of building and infrastructure designs.
• Develop comprehensive civil engineering designs adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to create, modify, and optimize site development plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• Coordinate site development activities, including surveying, environmental assessments, and compliance with zoning regulations.
• Integrate interior design principles with civil engineering projects to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and construction managers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet financial targets.
• Stay updated with advances in civil engineering technologies and interior design trends to apply innovative solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction compliance with designs and resolve any engineering challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and progress reports to communicate project status to stakeholders.
