Technical Audit Executive

The incumbent of this position is responsible to develop and implement a professional auditing work which involve leading/ conducting operational performance & maintenance compliance. It also covers performance evaluation of the existing systems and working on the feasibility for implementation of new systems resulting better utilization of resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review & check the cost center codes and coordinate with the concerned stakeholders for implementation of cost center policy including provision of necessary guidance/ support.

2. Carry out audit activity, work on observation/ findings, devise suggestions for improvement and submit audit report.

3. Carry out visits of the plant/ field, to keep a check on the day-to-day operational activities.

4. Identify & evaluate the suggestions recommended by the concerned departments against the failure report and conduct root cause analysis.

5. Determine out-of-order equipment status and safety bypass reporting.

6. Participate in progress meetings and provide update on ongoing operational issues for timely resolution.

7. Assist in preparation of manpower utilization and perform variance analysis.

8. Conduct performance review of project initiation/ closure in line with the defined SOPs.
