We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Operations Executive to manage and support night shift operations for our USA-based facilities. This is an onsite position, requiring strong English communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth overnight operations, handle escalations efficiently, and coordinate effectively with field teams and vendors across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and manage operational activities for USA-based facilities during night hours to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies, providing clear updates to stakeholders and implementing effective resolutions.
  • Track, update, and close operational tasks or work orders using internal systems.
  • Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, escalations, and resolutions.
  • Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing completed tasks, ongoing issues, and key action points for smooth handover to the day team.
  • Monitor vendor performance, budgets, compliance standards, and safety regulations.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency while working independently in a structured environment.

     

Requirements

 

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or remote management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with USA time zones.
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and operational management systems.
