Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, and maintaining an organized pipeline of qualified leads.

Your day-to-day activities will include reaching out to prospects, setting up meetings, qualifying leads, and working closely with the sales team to help achieve overall revenue targets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proactive outreach, and a passion for building meaningful business relationships. This position also offers attractive performance-based incentives.

• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, with a strong ability to identify and engage new prospects.
• Proven expertise in conducting market research to uncover potential business opportunities.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast pace work environment.
• Experience in digital marketing, technology services, or IT staffing is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools/ channels is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Having good communication skills(english) will be a plus.
