Job Description

Recruit AI is seeking a meticulous Shopify Catalog Executive to join the team in Karachi. This role focuses on managing and enhancing the online product listings on Shopify and other eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of product data management. Responsibilities include accurate product listing uploads, maintaining product data sheets, and coordinating with procurement, marketing, and ecommerce teams to ensure listings are complete and current. This is an on-site position requiring at least one year of relevant experience and no team management responsibilities. The Catalog Executive ensures all product information such as titles, descriptions, pricing, categories, and images meet high standards of clarity and accuracy. The role involves regularly reviewing and optimizing existing listings to improve data quality and customer experience. Collaboration across multiple departments is key to obtaining updated product details and achieving timely product uploads to meet business goals. This position suits individuals who excel at organization, data accuracy, and working efficiently in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities
 

• Upload and manage product listings on the Shopify and other ecommerce platforms accurately.
• Create clear, smart, and detailed product titles and descriptions adhering to established naming conventions.
• Ensure all product attributes including pricing, specifications, and categories are correctly added and up to date.
• Upload and organize product images complying with quality, size, and format requirements.
• Update stock levels, product variations, and availability status regularly to reflect current inventory.
• Conduct periodic reviews of product listings to ensure data accuracy and optimize product presentation when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive product data sheets and comply with internal listing guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and ecommerce teams to resolve missing information and update listings.
• Support bulk uploads and perform data cleaning tasks to maintain data integrity.
• Ensure products are uploaded on schedule to support business sales and marketing objectives.
