Rozee seeks a dedicated Recruitment Specialist with 3 to 4 years of experience specializing in the banking sector. This role serves as an embedded recruitment resource within the Executive Search practice focused on hiring Executive, Senior Executive, and C-Suite level professionals for a nationwide banking client. The ideal candidate is proficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills by partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership across multiple banking functions including Retail, Corporate & Commercial Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Digital Banking. Located onsite in Karachi, this position demands discretion, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the banking sector’s hiring needs and dynamics. The role requires maintaining compliance with SBP regulations and contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and employer branding to secure top-tier senior talent.


Responsibilities
 

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and priorities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business heads to define role specifications, required competencies, and hiring timelines for senior banking positions.
  • Maintain ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle including role briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Recruit Executive, Senior Executive, and C-Suite professionals across multiple banking domains such as Retail, Corporate & Commercial Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, IT, and Digital Banking.
  • Screen candidates rigorously and provide structured assessment notes, shortlists, and recommendations in accordance with client processes.
  • Prepare approval documentation and deliver offer recommendations to facilitate seamless hiring decisions.
  • Develop and sustain a network of senior banking professionals by leveraging direct sourcing, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job portals.
  • Build talent pipelines for challenging and confidential senior and C-Suite mandates to support proactive hiring demands.
  • Coordinate effectively with external recruiters and agencies to broaden candidate outreach for specialized roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, records, and reporting dashboards to provide transparent status updates and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and the client’s fit-and-proper criteria for banking hires.
  • Support and promote equal opportunity and transparent hiring practices within the client’s organization.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in sourcing strategies, recruitment turnaround times, and employer branding efforts to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.
  • Analyze hiring metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-joining ratios, quality of pipelines, and client feedback to continually improve service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive executive and C-Suite recruitment mandates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the banking sector to consult stakeholders effectively.
