Job Description

Al Tawwakal Holdings is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage the companys financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the companys financial health and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills as it involves managing a team of five finance and accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in financial management, risk management, cash flow oversight, and cost control, enabling the company to make informed strategic decisions and maintain accurate financial records. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to develop financial strategies that improve profitability and operational efficiency. This position demands excellent analytical capabilities, proficiency with financial software including ERP systems and Excel, and in-depth knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, handle audits, and communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders. Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or corporate sectors is considered an asset, along with relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or CMA.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead the overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements to guide management decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze company expenses and financial performance to identify areas for cost control and profit improvement.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team of five members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and oversee auditing activities, banking relations, and internal financial controls to maintain accuracy and integrity of records.
  • Develop financial models and track key performance indicators to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve financial record-keeping systems and reporting frameworks to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Work closely with senior management to support informed financial decisions, risk assessments, and capital management.
  • Resolve financial and operational issues, employing strong problem-solving skills and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
