Join Computer House as a Full Stack Developer, where you will lead the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend components of our web applications. This role demands a skilled professional with at least three years of experience who can expertly design user-centric, high-performance applications using JavaScript frameworks and modern backend technologies. You will manage a team of three developers, guiding them through the development lifecycle and ensuring seamless integration of features and functionalities across systems. In this dynamic position, you will take responsibility for architecting scalable APIs, optimizing database operations, and implementing responsive user interfaces. Responsibilities
 

• Lead the full stack development process by designing, coding, and testing new features across frontend and backend systems.
• Manage a team of three developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange and integration between client applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and optimize database schemas and queries to support application functionality and performance.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code by adhering to industry-standard practices and company policies.
• Deploy and manage applications using version control systems, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of user interfaces using React and associated libraries like Redux.
• Conduct API testing and debugging using appropriate tools to verify functionality, performance, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to current development practices and tools.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to fix defects and enhance application stability and usability.
• Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system scalability.
