Job Description:
Aiming to expand into new international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and other emerging regions, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead global expansion through strong revenue generation, market-entry strategy, and strategic partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who understands international logistics, knows how to open new markets, and has experience closing large cross-border business deals.
The primary focus of this role is:

Key Responsibilities
- Global Expansion Strategy
- Identify and evaluate new markets for business expansion
- Develop go-to-market strategies for different regions
- Create regional sales plans aligned with company growth goals
- Establish local partnerships to accelerate entry
- Revenue Ownership
- Lead global sales and expansion targets
- Generate new business opportunities across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
- Close high-value contracts in international markets
- Partnership Development
- Build relationships with regional logistics partners, distributors, and freight networks
- Identify collaboration opportunities to expand service coverage
- Develop strategic alliances to strengthen market presence

- Build and manage regional sales teams as the company expands

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain sales

Other Details:
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timings: 6 pm to 3 am (Evening to Night Shift)
Experience: 8+ years
