Operations Manager

Betting Jobs are currently recruiting for a crypto casino operator who are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Play a pivotal role in defining our operational strategy and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Team Ownership: We currently have an established team, but you have the total freedom to shape the department as you see fit. If you believe we need new talent or a structural overhaul, you make the call.
• Process Excellence: Build and implement high-standard SOPs for customer support, payments, and risk management.
• CEO’s Right Hand: Work directly with the CEO to translate the company’s vision into scalable, everyday operational reality.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: You have years of experience within the iGaming industry (at a Senior or Team Lead level) and understand the intricacies of casino operations inside out.
• A Natural Leader: You take ownership, are not afraid to make tough calls, and know how to motivate a remote, multicultural team.
• Strategic Thinker: You look beyond daily tasks and plan how our operations will scale globally.
• Communcation: Professional-level English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Adaptive: You are interested in the crypto space and thrive in a flexible, fast-paced startup environment.
