Amazon Product Launch Manager – Private Label

This is a full time, remote and permanent position as per the US Central timezone

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Amazon Product Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end launch of private label products on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product research, sourcing coordination, listing optimization, and driving successful product launches with strong ranking and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Product Research & Validation
• Identify profitable private label product opportunities using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and keyword research
• Validate demand, competition, and profit margins before launch
• Supplier & Sourcing Coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers (Alibaba or direct manufacturers)
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and timelines
• Ensure product quality and compliance with Amazon standards
• Product Development
• Work on product differentiation (bundling, features, packaging)
• Coordinate branding, logo design, and packaging
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations
• Listing Creation & Optimization
• Create high-converting Amazon listings (Title, Bullet Points, A+ Content)
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization
• Coordinate product images, infographics, and videos
• Launch Strategy Execution
• Plan and execute product launch strategies
• Manage PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Use ranking strategies (giveaways, promotions, external traffic)
• Inventory & Logistics Management
• Coordinate shipment planning (FBA/FBM)
• Monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts
• Work with freight forwarders and warehouses
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track KPIs (sales, conversion rate, ACOS, TACOS)
• Optimize PPC campaigns and listing performance
• Analyze data and adjust launch strategies accordingly
  
   

Experience

Key Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Private Label business
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Experience managing full product lifecycle on Amazon
  
   

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Expertise in PPC (Amazon Ads)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Keyword research and SEO expertise
  
   

Business & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Ability to identify profitable niches
• Understanding of profit margins, ROI, and unit economics
  
   

Communication & Coordination

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with international suppliers (especially China)
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams (design, logistics, marketing)
  
   

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
