Role: Operations Associate

We are actively seeking skilled Operations Associate to join our expert network. In this role, you will be the backbone for our clients - startups and SMBs that are growing fast and need order amidst the chaos. You will be deployed to help companies streamline workflows, implement tools, and execute day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
This role is perfect for process-driven "doers" who want to support multiple high-growth companies without the friction of constantly hunting for new clients. If you are a master of organization, a wizard with productivity tools, and love checking boxes off a to-do list, this is your chance to be the engine behind the next generation of business success.
Your responsibilities with clients may include:
- Process Implementation: Building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client teams to ensure consistency as they scale.
- Tech Stack Management: Setting up and managing operational tools for clients (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, or Salesforce).
- Project Coordination: Tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional teams stay aligned on key initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Maintaining database hygiene, generating weekly operational reports, and tracking KPIs for leadership review.
- Onboarding & Team Support: assisting with the logistical onboarding of new hires, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Meeting & Document Management: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing digital file structures so information is accessible and secure.
- Execution Support: acting as the "right hand" to the COO or Founder, handling ad-hoc operational tasks to free up executive time.
Required qualities may include:
- Proven Operational Experience: Background in business operations, project management, or executive assistance, preferably within high-growth or startup environments.
- Tech Versatility: High proficiency in modern remote-work stacks (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace) and project management tools.
- Systems Thinker: You don't just solve a problem once; you build a system so it doesn't happen again.
- Adaptability: The ability to jump into a new client’s environment, understand their specific context quickly, and start adding value immediately.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Service-Oriented: A proactive attitude with a focus on clearing roadblocks for the client’s team.
- Experience working as a freelancer, contractor, or fractional support is a strong plus.
