We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Manager to lead our application strategy and lifecycle. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and management of our software development and implementation cycles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both technical and leadership capacities, enhancing the organization's software capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders and managing vendor relations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing operational stability and scalability within their regional scope, focusing on system monitoring, capacity planning, and incident management
• Able to showcase to external parties including regulators and auditors on the overall technical architecture of EU including network diagram, application view and others
• Maintain visibility and control over all systems operating in AWS Singapore and Cloud Services EU
• Design and implement automated CI/CD tools specific to Bybit Europe with the internal DevOps tool for EU (Bdot)

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling technical architecture
• Familiar with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Tencent Cloud
• Familiar with network protocols and network architecture, with certain network troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong command of English and Chinese
