Job Summary:

Forceget is looking for a Pricing & Operations Executive that will oversee comprehensive pricing and operational processes for international logistics (Europe, UK, India, Taiwan, Japan, etc. regions), with a specific focus on Amazon deliveries. This includes sourcing and negotiating competitive quotes, handling end-to-end coordination, tracking, documentation, cross-team collaboration and ensuring compliance with Amazon's delivery standards. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication with logistics partners, USA Pricing and USA Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Quote Management

• For each sales inquiry, obtain detailed and competitive quotes from at least three agents, covering both origin and destination countries.
• Ensure quotes include a complete breakdown of warehousing, shipping, and customs costs, providing sales teams with a comprehensive pricing package.

Pricing Negotiation with Agents

• Negotiate rates with overseas agents to secure competitive and sustainable pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and agents worldwide.
• Compare pricing options based on cost, transit time, and service level and recommend the best option internally.

Quote Comparison and Presentation

• Compare quotes for each inquiry, evaluating cost, service quality, and transit times.
• Present the best pricing options to the sales team, emphasizing competitive rates and strategic advantages.

End-to-End Operations Coordination

• Coordinate the entire logistics operation from pickup at origin to final delivery at destination.
• Arrange warehousing and transportation with selected agents, ensuring compliance with customer schedules.
• Prepare and submit all necessary customs and compliance documents on time to prevent delays.
• Monitor shipment status with logistics partners and keep sales teams informed of any updates or changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to shipment status when required.

Amazon Delivery Compliance

• Schedule and confirm Amazon delivery appointments, ensuring on-time booking per Amazon’s requirements.
• Verify that shipments meet Amazon’s standards for palletization, packaging, and labeling; coordinate re-palletizing or adjustments if needed, in collaboration with destination agents.
• Share additional handling costs and operational updates with sales and customers.
• Ensure goods are properly prepared and tracked until final delivery to Amazon, providing updates to customers and sales teams as necessary.

Offer Creation, Tracking & Reporting

• Create and maintain shipment offers and pricing records.
• Maintain on-hand inventory and shipment status reports
• Ensure shipment data is accurate and up to date across internal systems.
• Create shipment insurance when required.
• Upload insurance documents and related files to the internal portal.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is properly updated and stored.

Finance & Vendor Documentation

• Upload vendor payment details to the finance shared drive.
• Upload and maintain supplier invoices accurately.
• Support finance and operations teams with pricing and payment documentation when needed.

Weekly pricing excel update for Freightos

• Collect FCL prices from Other than China Asia routes such as Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, India weekly to provide prices to Freightos platform.
• Try to find reasonable prices to convert customers from other platform.

Qualifications:

• Schools: Graduated from Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or International trade
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in international logistics pricing & operations IS A MUST.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of logistics management and compliance documentation.
• Language: Fluent in English.
