EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a motivated Officer in Quotation for Corporate Benefits Operations to join their team. The Officer in this position supports daily operational tasks by reviewing all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role requires maintaining and updating both physical and digital filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval and proper record management. The candidate actively monitors timelines to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on schedule. Strong communication skills enable effective coordination with different teams and stakeholders across the organization. This role does not include team management responsibilities but offers growth potential through hands-on experience in corporate benefits and quotation management processes.
Responsibilities
 

  • Review incoming and outgoing documents to verify accuracy and compliance with EFU Life Assurance Ltd. standards.
  • Maintain and update organized physical and digital filing systems for efficient document storage and retrieval.
  • Support daily operational activities including data entry, coordination with various departments, and project follow-ups.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring all documentation related to quotations and corporate benefits is completed within required deadlines.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions and formulas to prepare, analyze, and maintain quotation-related data.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to facilitate cooperation and information sharing between internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout all documentation and quotation handling processes.
  • Assist in process improvements related to quotation management and corporate benefits operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate small project tasks related to quotation management under supervision, contributing to overall project success.
  • Pay close attention to detail in reviewing documentation, data entry, and reporting to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
