Oven Operator

HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Oven Operator with expertise in oven operation, temperature control, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience safely operating industrial ovens, ensuring products meet strict quality and production standards. This role requires proficiency in adjusting oven settings such as temperature, timing, and airflow according to specific product requirements. The Oven Operator will consistently monitor baking and processing conditions, perform routine equipment maintenance, and uphold safety and hygiene standards relevant to the industry. Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and accurate record-keeping are essential to excel in this position. The Oven Operator works independently without managing a team but plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth production processes. The role involves loading and unloading materials into the oven safely, inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies, and promptly reporting any equipment issues. Safeguarding product quality while complying with safety guidelines and food hygiene regulations is paramount. This position contributes directly to the operational success and reputation of HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Ltd by delivering consistent high-quality output through expert oven operation and diligent process control.
Responsibilities
 

• Operate and control industrial ovens in accordance with production demands and product specifications.
• Set and adjust oven parameters including temperature, timing, and airflow to achieve optimal process conditions.
• Load raw materials or products into the oven and unload finished goods safely following company safety protocols.
• Continuously monitor baking, curing, or processing conditions, making timely adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, remain consistent, and are free from defects.
• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere strictly to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and basic preventive maintenance of oven equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed production logs, temperature records, and quality inspection reports.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or process irregularities to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations where applicable to protect product integrity and consumer health.
• Collaborate with production staff to optimize workflow while minimizing downtime and waste.
• Assist with implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to oven operation and product quality.
