Key Responsibilities

• Asset & Liquidity Management
• Conduct in-depth research and evaluation of potential crypto assets; track market prices and on-chain data to optimize trading pair liquidity and enhance user trading experience.
• Campaign Planning & Execution
• Independently design and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., trading competitions, new token listings) to drive trading volume and user participation.
• Hot Topic Response
• Rapidly capture industry trends (macro policies, Meme trends, etc.) and translate them into actionable marketing campaigns and content to amplify platform influence.
• Data Analysis & Strategy Iteration
• Monitor core operational data (campaign performance, user behavior); generate insights to refine and optimize operational strategies continuously.

Requirements

• Strong passion for cryptocurrency with hands-on trading experience; familiar with mainstream tokens and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in internet campaign operations, with successful end-to-end campaign planning & execution cases.
• High information sensitivity; able to quickly interpret industry hotspots and turn them into operational initiatives.
• Plus: Prior working experience in crypto exchanges or blockchain projects.
• Solid data analysis skills and excellent cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
