Lady Searcher

ChaseValue is a renowned retail sector is looking for a Lady Searcher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct bag checking and customer/staff searches as per company security policies.
• Ensure a respectful, polite, and privacy-aware approach during all searches.
• Monitor store entry and exit points to prevent theft and unauthorized activities.
• Coordinate with the Loss Prevention team on any suspicious activity.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
