The individual applies their knowledge of compliance and regulations to oversee transactions, prepare financial documents, and maintain detailed financial records. Through effective use of ERP systems, the Finance Officer supports financial planning and budgeting efforts, providing timely and accurate financial information that guides decision-making at Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning.
Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage financial transactions, monitor accounts, and generate financial reports.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements, reports, and documentation to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
  • Monitor expenditures and control financial resources to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits and assessments.
  • Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to management and other departments.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of new financial policies and procedures in line with organizational changes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries related to financial activities and resolve discrepancies.
