Job Description

HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks a motivated Inside Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics. This role is critical in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored freight forwarding solutions, and cultivating lasting client relationships. The successful candidate possesses strong knowledge of air and sea freight services, customs processes, and is skilled in negotiation, customer relationship management, and the use of CRM software to streamline sales operations. Working onsite in Karachi, this position operates Monday through Friday with alternate Saturday shifts. This role focuses on proactive lead generation and maintaining a comprehensive sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals. The Inside Sales Executive collaborates closely with the operations team to ensure seamless shipment execution and stays informed of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster enduring partnerships and deliver exceptional client service within a dynamic logistics environment. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field and emphasizes a target-oriented, results-driven approach without team management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and proactively approach new business opportunities within freight forwarding, including air, sea, and multimodal shipment services.
  • Engage potential clients to understand their logistics needs and effectively present customized freight forwarding solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, and conduct follow-up communications to advance sales negotiations to successful closure.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of shipments while addressing any customer concerns.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Stay current on logistics market trends, freight rates, customs regulations, and competitor activities to provide up-to-date consultative advice to clients.
  • Accurately maintain and update sales records, client information, and sales reports to provide management with actionable insights.
  • Utilize CRM software proficiently to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and effective communication to influence client decisions and maximize business opportunities.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, dynamism, and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales objectives in a competitive marketplace.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations related to freight forwarding and customer transactions.
