The Floor Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This position requires overseeing staff, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and ensuring all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities and a solid background in food and beverage management to foster a positive dining experience and support the restaurant’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff while organizing schedules to guarantee adequate coverage during all shifts.
- Conduct timely performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and manage disciplinary actions or terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee all aspects of the dining experience to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enforce compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations and perform daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment to uphold health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Regularly assess restaurant equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance, coordinating service schedules as required.
- Maintain consistent sanitation and safety protocols throughout the establishment.
- Enhance the restaurant’s public image by suggesting improvements and promoting the brand within the local community through word-of-mouth and participation in events.
- Monitor and control operational costs by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing training for new and existing employees focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, hospitality manager, or in a comparable leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer service operations at a managerial level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service and operational procedures.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire staff.
- Formal training or certification in food safety and compliance standards.
