Field Sales Officer

Palmpay Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence through effective business development strategies and direct engagement with potential clients, particularly in retail stores and shops. The Field Sales Officer plays a key role in promoting Palmpay's products and services by building lasting customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow sales revenue. While previous mobile phone sales experience is advantageous, the candidate should at least possess foundational skills in selling mobile phones on a credit basis or have experience in business development related to onboarding retail outlets. The position does not require team management but requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently in the field to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
 

• Key Responsibilities
  1: Promote PalmPay mobile phones on credit basis in the mobile market.
  2: Onboard and activate mobile shops for credit sales.
  3: Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.
  4: Achieve sales targets and report performance regularly.
  5: Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  6: Support promotional campaigns and on‑ground activations.
  
  Required Skills
  
  1: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  2: Experience in sales, retail, or mobile market promotions.
  3: Ability to work independently and meet credit sales targets.
  4: Good organizational and reporting skills (Excel/Word preferred).
  5: Energetic, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.
