Exterior Sourcing And Cold Calling (Night Shift)

We are fast paced US based company looking for Cold calling agents for vendor sourcing. To work during the US Hours Mon to Fri

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to identify and onboard new vendors
• Source and research potential vendors through online platforms, directories, and referrals
• Introduce company services and build initial relationships with vendors
• Negotiate basic terms, pricing, and service agreements
• Maintain and update vendor database and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for vendor onboarding and documentation
• Meet daily/weekly calling and sourcing targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or vendor sourcing
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Strong research and lead-generation abilities
• Confidence in handling objections and closing discussions
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
