We are seeking a highly capable Digital Operations & Automation Manager (Operations & Finance) to help
modernize and digitize our company’s operational and financial systems. The role
involves implementing practical, cost-effective software tools to replace manual
workflows and paper documentation, and enabling real-time reporting and analytics for
management.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to streamline finance, project
tracking, and business development processes through modern cloud-based software
and automation tools.
Responsibilities
1. Financial Systems Digitization
• Implement and manage cloud-based accounting systems (preferably
QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books).
• Structure financial data for real-time reporting and analytics.
• Create automated financial dashboards for management.
• Ensure accurate integration between accounting, banking, and reporting
systems.
2. Operations & Business Development Systems
• Build a centralized database for tracking contracts, projects, and
opportunities.
• Implement CRM or pipeline management systems for business
development teams across different cities.
• Digitize document management and contract tracking.
3. Automation & Integration
• Use automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms) to
connect different software systems.
• Reduce manual work through automated workflows for reporting,
document storage, and communication.
4. Management Reporting
• Develop simple executive dashboards showing:
• Financial performance
• Contract pipeline
• Project progress
• Cash flow outlook
5. Internal Process Improvement
• Map existing company workflows and identify opportunities for digitization.
• Train staff on new systems and ensure smooth adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience implementing accounting platforms such as QuickBooks
Online, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data structuring.
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar).
• Experience setting up CRM or project tracking systems.
• Ability to design simple dashboards for management reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in operations, finance systems, or business analytics.
• Experience working with small or medium-sized businesses implementing
digital systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Power BI, or similar
analytics platforms.
