About the role:

As a Business Development Trainee, you'll step into the dynamic world of international partnerships and digital outreach. This is a practical, learning-focused role where you’ll gain experience in identifying potential leads, engaging with prospective clients, and assisting our sales team in nurturing strong business relationships.
You’ll collaborate with global brands, gain insights into international markets, and build valuable skills in communication, strategic thinking, and business expansion. This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, quick to learn, and looking to grow into future roles in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads for international partnerships.
Craft and send outreach proposals to businesses.
Sending follow-ups and maintaining effective communication.
Research industries and markets to help tailor business development strategies.
Maintain records and track client engagement activity.
Learn and apply communication techniques to improve response rate and client retention rate.
Participate in training sessions to enhance business development and sales skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fresh graduates (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or client communication is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and as a part of team.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)
Job Timings: 12pm - 8pm (afternoon shift)
Location: Gulshan-e- Iqbal Block 13-A
Pay: 40,000PKR + commissions
