Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Researcher with a BA degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and comprehension skills in English and Mandarin, with a focus on conducting online research and validating content claims. This position plays a crucial role in refining and improving large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough online research to gather relevant data.
• Analyze complex content and summarize it into smaller, logical components.
• Validate claims made within content through extensive research.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance language model accuracy.
• Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Maintain an organized and detail-oriented approach to research tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to commit to 20-40 hours per week with a 4-hour overlap with US hours.
• Reliable desktop/laptop setup with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or other fields.
• Experience in professional writing environments such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, or technical writing.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, logical reasoning, and basic arithmetic is highly desirable.
