We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead business development in the US and UK. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales experience in digital design and IT services—such as web/app development, UI/UX design, branding, and custom software.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business via networking, outreach, and lead conversion
Sell digital services (web/app development, UI/UX, branding, software)
Build long-term client relationships with tailored solutions
Manage full sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams
Meet sales targets and provide regular pipeline updates
Stay current on digital trends and market dynamics
Requirements:
3+ years B2B sales experience (IT/creative services preferred)
Proven success selling to US/UK clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Familiar with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
US bidding experience is a plus
Preferred:
Knowledge of WordPress, React, Flutter, Shopify, Figma
Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, or fintech clients
Existing US/UK client network is a strong advantage
