About the Role

As a B2B Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is to reach out to potential clients, generate interest, and book qualified appointments into our calendar for our sales team. This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential based on the volume and quality of appointments you produce.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound outreach to potential business clients (DMs, email, calling, depending on your strengths)

• Follow scripts and outreach guidelines to ensure consistent messaging

• Book qualified appointments into our calendar

• Confirm that prospects meet all qualification criteria before scheduling

• Maintain a daily workflow and meet appointment-setting targets

• Communicate with our team regarding lead quality and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills

• Confidence when speaking with business owners and decision-makers

• Consistency and reliability

• Ability to follow processes and meet daily targets

• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a commission-only environment

• Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a plus, but not required

Performance Expectations

• Book 5 qualified appointments per day

• Maintain quality standards so appointments attend their calls and show genuine interest
