We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team.

• Minimum 1+ year of proven Upwork bidding experience
• Strong, customized proposal writing skills
• Excellent client communication skills (chat & calls)
• Proven ability to win projects and convert leads into clients
• Experience managing Upwork profiles and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets

Services

You will be bidding primarily for:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Financial Modeling & FP&A
• Tax & Payroll Services
• Fractional CFO / Advisory Services

Compensation

PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month, depending on experience + Performance-based commission

Office Timing

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT | Monday – Friday

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
