Sales Executives

position: Property Sales Executives
Location: Memon Goth, Scheme 33, Karachi-onsite

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 + Commission
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday (Sunday is a working day)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for property sales.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, including shops and apartments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, B2B/B2C sales, or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficiency in Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
• Candidates with strong B2B sales/business development experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 75,000/month
Commission on every shop/apartment sold
