WE’RE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVES | NIGHT SHIFT (Females Only)
MIGHTY VA – Karachi

MIGHTY VA is a growing BPO and Back-Office Services Company supporting an Insurance Agency based in the United States.

We are expanding our Karachi team and looking for energetic, confident, and sales-driven individuals to join us as Sales Executives – Insurance Sales & Support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the United States
• Follow up with potential customers and perform lead nurturing
• Understand customer requirements and assist with insurance inquiries
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
• Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, and policy-related paperwork
• Update customer and lead information accurately in the company CRM/system
• Coordinate with the U.S.-based insurance team regarding customers and applications
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills
• Confidence in making outbound/cold calls
• Good sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with U.S.-based customers
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Previous experience in BPO, Call Center, Sales, Lead Generation, Insurance, or Customer Service is preferred
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to build a career in sales are also encouraged to apply

Office Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Office Location: Karimabad, Block 4, Karachi
