Position: Social Media Officer

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and social media campaigns.

Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions.

Track social media performance and prepare reports on key metrics.

Collaborate with design and content teams to execute creative campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and audience behavior.

Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably with a brand or agency.

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.

Good eye for captions, visual storytelling, and engaging content.

Familiarity with social media scheduling, management, and analytics tools.

Creative, organized, and highly aware of current social media trends.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.
